Yes, this is all just testing out the system. None of this is "real life".
I won't implement the salary system until I am sure that it is 100% automated and functioning.
With that said, please report back anything weird that you see or anything that you think might make this system better for owners to use.

Is it just me or do players' asking prices go way up when offering multi-year deals? The asking price is shown as "$/year" but maybe it's displaying the total value of the contract.

I agree, but thought it seemed realistic...it actually went down on some guys going from year 1 to 2, or 2 to 3 like that was their preffered years, but yeah at 5 and 6 years most prices probably jumped a little bit out of range.

So it goes based on contract length and the age of the player.
Still tweaking that algorithm a little bit.
Give me some ideas on what you think and I will see if I can work it in to the calculations.

Definitely a query issue. Any player that has an offer is showing as "offers not available". I need to tweak the query to only display that when the offer is from your team.

You are just full of good questions.
I'm still working on that one. Ultimately, I would love to have a full league of owners, that way I don't even have to address that issue.
The more probably answer, is that I am going to have to come up with some type of evaluation formula for the CPU teams to come up with their weaknesses and then have them submit offers based on that. The trick part; how do I make sure the CPU makes legitimate offers that aren't too high, but good enough to actually land some players.

I believe that I have this issue fixed.
